Sleigh Bells will release their new album, Bitter Rivals, next Monday 7^th October but it is available to stream now. The 10-song album was produced by Derek Miller and mixed by Andrew Dawson (whose recent credits include Kanye West ‘Yeezus’, Jay Z / Kanye West ‘Watch The Throne’ and Beyonce ‘4’)

Here is Sleigh Bells’ first ever remix, a complete reworking of Phoenix‘s ‘Chloroform’. As with everything the band do, their established and unique aesthetic shows through as strongly as ever. Sleigh Bells today share new track ‘You Don’t Get Me Twice’ from forthcoming album Bitter Rivals which is set for release 7th October 2013.

‘You Don’t Get Me Twice’ follows the video for the album’s title track and first single, ‘Bitter Rivals’, which achieved an impressive 1.5 million views on Youtube in it’s first week and, as another example of their distinctive vision, it was directed by the band themselves. Shot in Manchester and directed by Luke Bather, of Plastic Zoo, the video perfectly compliments the original narrative of the song. The desire to escape the relentless grey that surrounds which, for the lonely main character in the video, is achieved via Karaoke.
